WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customers must return their unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be unused, unopened and fit for resale. Return postage to be paid by the customer. A tracked and signed for delivery is recommended. All customers must complete and insert a return slip when returning their item(s) which should include the customers name, order number and reason for return. Without this information we will not be able to action any refund or replacement.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item(s) please inform us on receipt and we can arrange for a replacement, return or refund. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we will issue either a full refund or replacement.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept payments via Paypal so you can shop with 100% confidence. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. Simply click on the checkout button and follow the payment instructions.

WHY ARE YOUR OILS SO CHEAP?

We prefer to call our oils affordable. We work with a number of suppliers to source the finest quality and most affordable oils. We buy many tons of oils every month so use our buying power to keep the cost of the oils as low as possible without compromising on quality.

ARE YOUR OILS DILUTED OR BLENDED? HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE QUALITY?

All ours oils are per-screened via a lab before they arrive with us. We then organoleptically test each batch that comes in. We will only sell a batch of oil that passes both lab tests and organoleptic testing. Certificates of analysis for each oil are available upon request.

Unless specifically stated e.g. Arnica Infused oil or Rose 5% all our single ingredient oils are 100% pure.

When it comes to aromatherapy oils quality is absolutely key and we will always guarantee to supply exactly what we say we do.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

At the moment we only ship to address's within the UK.
